About XDeputy
In 2023, we kicked off XDeputy because, as hiring managers, we had one specific problem – we spend to much time and money searching for perfect people. But no matter how stringent your hiring process is, there is still a good chance you didn’t get a person who is the right fit. All that time and money get wasted.
In our ideal world, people who are hiring for roles can quickly try out a candidates or group of candidates for 2 weeks or more, then settle for whoever meets their technical and cultural requirements best.
We are building XDeputy to be just that – a way for people to quickly test out talent, before making large contractual commitments.
