Job Description

We are seeking energetic and results-driven Field Marketers to promote our products/services, engage with potential customers, and drive sales. This role involves on-site marketing, customer outreach, and market research to enhance brand visibility and increase revenue.

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: NGN 80,000

Responsibilities:
• Conduct direct marketing and promotional activities in designated areas.
• Identify and engage potential customers to generate leads and sales.
• Distribute marketing materials and provide product/service demonstrations.
• Gather customer feedback and report insights to the marketing team.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Represent the brand professionally at events, trade shows, and activations.

Requirements:
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations as needed.
