Overview:

An Inspection Manager is needed to oversee quality control, ensure compliance with company standards, and manage inspection processes. The role requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and experience in quality assurance or compliance management.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage inspection processes to ensure quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement inspection policies and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections to identify defects and maintain safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Train and supervise inspection staff for efficiency and compliance.
• Prepare reports on inspection findings and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in inspection, quality control, or compliance management.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to interpret regulations and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
