  • “Employer” refers to a User who posts jobs or hires assistants through the Platform.
  • “Assistant” refers to a User who offers services to Employers through the Platform.
  • “Service Fee” refers to the fee charged by the Platform for connecting Employers with Assistants, which is 20% of the total transaction amount.

3. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
  • Comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

4. Account Registration

Users must create an account to access certain features of the Platform. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Service Fees and Payment

  • The Platform charges a Service Fee of 20% of the total transaction amount between the Employer and the Assistant.
  • Employers pay the advertised fee at the time of hiring an Assistant.
  • The Platform deducts the Service Fee from the total amount paid by the Employer, and the remaining balance is paid to the Assistant.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • The Platform reserves the right to change the Service Fee percentage with prior notice to Users.

6. Responsibilities of Employers and Assistants

Employers:

  • Must provide accurate job descriptions and pay agreed-upon fees promptly.
  • Are responsible for managing the performance of Assistants hired through the Platform.

Assistants:

  • Must provide services professionally and deliver quality work as agreed with the Employer.
  • Are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of information received from Employers.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Post false or misleading information.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other Users.
  • Violate any laws or regulations applicable in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Hera Marketing Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or any applicable laws.

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hera Marketing Ltd, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms of Service.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
